How does the delivery process work?
- Once we process your order in the system, we inspect your ordered products thoroughly to ensure everything is perfect.
- Once they clear all the necessary quality checks, our warehouse team packs them and hands them over to our designated delivery partner.
- The orders should be ready for dispatch from the warehouse within 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- We work with our delivery partners to ensure that the package reaches you at the earliest. In case they are unable to locate your address or the door is locked, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
What are the delivery charges?
- Delivery charges as applicable on certain products/services would be communicated at the time of order processing.
- The charges may vary depending on the order value, mode of payment etc.

Do you ship outside India?
- No, currently we only accept orders for shipments within India
Why are you not able to ship your products to my address?
- We aim to cover maximum locations in India through our tie-ups with courier partners. We are continuously working to increase our coverage and availability of our products across locations. However, whether the order can be delivered to your address also depends on a number of factors including:
- Availability of reliable courier partners in your location
- Accuracy and traceability of the delivery address provided
- Logistical constraints due to force majeure events
- It is very important that you provide the accurate pincode and mobile number for us to ensure speedy deliveries
What are the estimated delivery timelines?

Metro locations: For metros (Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Ahmedabad) we will deliver your orders within 2-5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) post dispatch.

Rest of India: For the rest of the locations, we take between 2-7 business days for delivery. Delivery by surface mode takes a little longer than air mode. Surface-mode orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch.

Remote locations: Deliveries to very remote locations may take longer than 7 days, depending on the location's geographical constraints.
Can I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?

Order placed but not yet dispatched: If your confirmed order is still to be shipped from our warehouse, you need to contact our customer care team on chakrakare@nutritahealth.com as soon as possible for the change. Please note that we may need to ascertain your identity by asking some security questions before making any modifications to your order.
- Order has been dispatched: If your order is already dispatched, we would not be able to redirect the shipment to a different address. We are trying our best to provide a great shopping experience for all our customers. If our shipper is unable to ship the order at your provided address then the order is automatically returned to our warehouse and processed as return.

How can I track the status of my order?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
- You can use these details to track your shipment. We are also working to provide an integrated tracking page link directly on our website
Can you hold the delivery of my order for a few days in case I am not able to able to receive it as per timelines?
- If the order is not yet dispatched from warehouse, then you need to contact our customer care team on chakrakare@nutritahealth.com as soon as possible for the change.
