Full Of Energy The Whole Day

  • Slow down :

Instead of jumping up from bed as soon you wake up spend some minutes to center yourself. Look at the mirror and smile at yourself for 3 seconds.

  • Drink some water :

After sleep body generally becomes dehydrated, so after brushing your teeth drink plenty water.

  • Meditate :

Do some sort of workouts or yoga aasanas. Meditate for about 15 minutes.

  • Fresh up :

Have bath and pray God as this enriches your inner peace as well.

  • A small talk with your loved ones:

Make time and speak to your loved ones (either on call) . This makes you feel loved and promotes your emotional strength.
