ChakraKare contains clean and smart ingredients, scienctifically shown to shown to enhance well-being in areas such as focus, stress relief, memory, skin radiance, respiratory health, heart health, blood flow, digestion, metabolism, fertility, strength and overall energy. You can supercharge the results when combined with exercise, adequate nutrition, and mindfulness /meditation.

Safety is our top priority. All our supplements have been approved by FSSAI. Further, they are manufactured in India in a certified Current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP) facility. We only use ingredients that are approved by the FSSAI and with clinical studies. We also do regular testing from third party labs to ensure the utmost quality.

Our products are designed for daily use. Daily dosage is mentioned on each of the product page as well as on the product labels. Please do not exceed the recommended dosage.

We recommend focusing on an Energy Center/ Chakra for atleast 7 days before moving to the next one. For best results use one product consecutively for atleast a week before switching on to the next. Our supplements are organized into 15-day packs for your convenience. The key is to consume the right products in the right dosages to maximize results and avoid rare, unintended side-effects.

Individual experiences may vary. However, one should be able to see considerable difference by the 2nd week.

Many users even start to feel the effects within a day or two. There are some formulas that will take a few days to start their action. This varies based on your body's absorption mechanism and familiarity with the ingredients. If your body ends up in a slow ramp up phase, please don’t get discouraged and stop. Consistency will give you the results.

We use only those ingredients that are approved by the regulatory authorities, have demonstrated safety and the cases of side effects are rare.

Based on the available clinical studies, the ingredients we use in our products do not have any long-term side effects.

However, you need to listen to your body carefully. In rare instances, if you experience any undesired effect (headaches, nausea, indigestion etc.) please stop taking it.

In general, we have seen best results when taken first thing in the morning. But again it varies by product and person. You will find suggested times mentioned on the respective product pages.

ChakraKare products can be taken before or after meals. In our experience, the effects are strongest when taken on an empty stomach, but in case you have any sensitivities, you can take it along with meals.

ChakraKare effervescent tablets are supposed to be dissolved in a glass of water for 2-3 mins before consumption. Refer the product label. Please do not consume the tablets directly.

We get our supplements manufactured from reputed Contract Manufacturers in India. Our products are manufactured in GMP certified plants.

All the ingredients are accompanied by certificate of analysis at the time of supply which assure purity. We also get our products tested for contaminants at regular intervals from accredited third party labs.

We ship orders within 1-3 business days from purchase. Delivery depends on your location. For most locations in India, your package will arrive 5-7 business days after purchase. For remote locations it may take longer. Read our detailed shipping and delivery policy here.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time.

Unfortunately, no. ChakraKare is only available in India at the moment.

However, this is something we would like to offer as soon as possible. We are working on it!

If your order is already dispatched, we would not be able to redirect the shipment to a different address.
